- Write down the names of the tubes and/or kits you would like.
- Add up the total of all items.

- Forward your paypal receipt to info(a)rebel-dezigns.com along with your name, email address, and license number.
- Be sure to include the names of the tubes and/or kits you wish to purchase.
- Please state if you do not have a license. One will be issued with your tubes
